Chef Han Lijun began attending culinary school in Beijing. He then worked as executive chef in Beijing International Hotel and Consulate General of China in San Francisco. The distinguished guests he cooked for and served include Deng Xiaoping and Hu Jintao (see our guests page for mode details)
Chef Han Lijun prepared exceptional cuisine for the Szechuan Food Festival at the Pacific Club in Hong Kong in 1998, and for Hotel Shilla, the leading hotel of the world, in Seoul Korea in 1995.
Chef Han Lijun and his restaurant have earned national acclaims for his fusion of Chinese cooking. He uses ingredients from all over the world and always likes to use the freshest available.
